Returns and Exchanges
Because many items are created for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind.
Please review product details, size charts, and order information before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at info@IIAAW.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging, if relevant
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.
Size Issues
We do not offer size exchanges at this time. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Cancellation orders may begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at info@IIAAW.com.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is placed.
Digital Content and Vault Access
Digital content, downloads, vault access, memberships, and members-only content are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, unless required by law.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
