Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email after the order ships.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. IIAAW is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Lost Packages

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@IIAAW.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Multiple Shipments
